Notes on Using Windows Platform

Our windows applications are 32bit for compatibility with XP. When the applications are run on Windows Vista 64bit or Windows 7 64bit they will be limited to about 3GB of memory.

The following tools are not available on the Windows platform:

• AccuCell
• AccuCore
• Catalyst AD
• Catalyst DA
• CLEVER
• Exact
• QUEST
• SPAYN
• Spider
• STELLAR
• UTMOST III
• Victory TCAD Simulators
• VWF

The following tools have limited capabilities on the Windows platform:

• DeckBuild
• DevEdit (Only batch mode supported)

Other tools may be limited in functionality by the 3GB memory limit imposed by Windows.
